The MAP Design Group has built a strong reputation amongst our clients.  We have created customized solutions for first-class facilities from build-outs, additions, gymnasiums, schools, 50 to 120 room hotels, medical and dental clinics, law offices,  gas stations, car dealerships, and a variety of other types of structures.

RESIDENTIAL DESIGN

The MAP Design Group has a wide portfolio of residential development projects that span from single-family neighborhoods to multi-family units.  Our portfolio includes apartments, townhomes, dormitories, and condos, just to name a few.  These residential properties are unique in nature because they all provide an atmosphere and environment where people will live, play, and work.  Our professional focus is on achieving a project that balances that environment with the resident's needs while remaining focused on the client's vision and maximizing the client's return on investment.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT & CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION

Project Management:

Construction Administration:

As an extension of our project management and construction management services, we provide construction administration services from pre-construction through project closeout.  Our professionals coordinate the construction process by providing quality assurance.  This includes compliance with contracts and plan specifications.  They also ensure that cost, schedule and quality standards are met.  Progress is monitored throughout construction and final documentation for close-out is prepared.
